Writing Your College Application Essay? We Can Help!
There are a few simple guidelines to follow when formatting a college application essay. Generally, your essay should be double-spaced with one inch margins on all sides. Also, remember that admissions officers are often time-pressed, so don't try to make things too beautiful or complicated. Be sure to use proper font size and spacing for your essay, as well. When formatting your essay, try to stick to the word count required by the college. You should also double-space and indent your text.
First of all, keep in mind that admission officers only read your essay if it helps them make a decision. If you're submitting a college application essay with no clear direction to follow, they may never read the rest of your application. The result is that you can't know if the rest of your application will be competitive. If you want to stand out, you have to make sure that your college application essay is well-written and follows proper formatting.
